RGM Manager

Woking office with Hybrid working model.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and analytical RGM Manager to join Nomad Foods and play a key role in driving sustainable, profitable growth across the Birds Eye UK business. As part of our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team, you'll combine commercial insight, data analytics, and strategic thinking to influence some of the most important business decisions across pricing, promotions, pack architecture, mix management, and trade investments.

This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category, and Supply Chain teams, turning data into actionable commercial plans that deliver value for customers, shoppers, and the business. If you're passionate about analytics, commercial strategy, and influencing business performance through insight-led decision making, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain and develop the UK RGM reporting suite, ensuring timely delivery of key business reports and insights.
  • Analyse internal and external data sources to monitor pricing, promotional performance, pack strategies, mix impacts, and Net Sales per Kilogram (NS/KG).
  • Identify opportunities to optimise existing reporting and develop new analytical tools to support commercial decision-making.
  • Partner with key Sales and Marketing teams to develop and deliver Revenue Growth Management plans.
  • Conduct scenario modelling and analyse price elasticity to support pricing strategies and improve commercial performance.
  • Evaluate promotional effectiveness and provide recommendations to maximise return on investment.
  • Develop pack and portfolio strategies that align with shopper and consumer insights.
  • Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions by championing the RGM agenda and driving value creation.

About You

  • You'll be comfortable working across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with data, and have a natural curiosity for understanding what drives business performance and growth.
  • Most importantly, you'll bring a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating meaningful commercial impact.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working within an FMCG or similarly fast-paced commercial environment.
  • Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and insight generation.
  • Proven ability to turn analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience partnering across multiple business functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of key business drivers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
  • Advanced analytical capability with a keen eye for identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
