Role Summary
We are seeking a Front of House Manager to join our busy team at Maesteg Town Hall. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to visitors while ensuring the theatre, bars, and café operate smoothly.

Base
📍 Location: Maesteg Town Hall 🎭 Role: Full-Time (Annualised) 💰 Salary: £31,965–£32,957 per annum 📅 Closing Date: Wednesday, 1 July 2026 📞 Reporting to: Senior Theatres Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-class customer service to visitors in the theatre, bar, and café.
- Ensure the smooth operation of all areas (theatre, bar, and café).
- Maintain high levels of satisfaction among customers and staff.
