Rider Acquisition & Sales Representative – Ride Today

Ride Today is building the backbone of modern urban mobility. We provide subscription-based vehicles for delivery drivers and businesses, hardware solutions for mobility operators, and comprehensive Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) programs for universities, municipalities, and commercial partners. Operating across multiple international markets—including the United Kingdom, Ireland, Benelux, and North America—we’re scaling rapidly and seeking an enthusiastic Sales Representative to accelerate growth in London.
The Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll drive adoption of Ride Today’s transportation solutions, enabling delivery riders to earn a living while offering professional, personalized support. This hands-on position demands customer acquisition expertise, sales acumen, and an ability to convert leads into lasting relationships—all while fostering retention through proactive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
✨ Customer Acquisition
- Identify high-potential delivery riders who could benefit from Ride Today’s solutions.
- Educate prospective customers about subscription models and tailored mobility offerings.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand needs and match riders with the ideal vehicle.
- Convert prospect interest into active customer subscriptions.

📈 Sales & Retention
- Nurture inbound leads from marketing campaigns and guide them toward conversion.
- Secure new subscription agreements to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver exceptional service to at-risk customers, addressing concerns and improving retention.
- Build long-term customer loyalty through personalised support.
🎯 Marketing Support
- Share market insights and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate on campaign ideas and messaging targeting language-aligned rider communities.
- Engage with customers via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other channels to maximize conversions.
📊 Performance Reporting
- Submit weekly reports on sales performance, acquisition metrics, and churn rates.
- Monitor customer satisfaction (NPS, surveys) and share improvements with cross-functional teams.

✅ Growth in inactive vehicles delivered to London’s delivery workforce. ✅ Consistent achievement of sales targets and customer acquisition goals. ✅ Reduced churn through engaged, proactive relationship management. ✅ Valuable feedback driving product and operational improvements.
What You Bring
Requirements:
- Perfect spoken and written English fluency (written applications default to English).
- Minimum 3 years in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
- Proven ability to close deals and consistently hit or exceed targets.
- Comfort conducting sales conversations via phone, WhatsApp, email, SMS, etc.
- Experience in high-volume, outbound sales environments.
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- Capacity to manage high volumes of customer interactions efficiently.
- Familiarity with email/SMS marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Twilio).

- Speaking Urdu, Hindi, or Pashto (community targeting advantage).
- Preferable London-based, with remote flexibility considered for alignment.
- Industry experience in mobility, logistics, transportation, hardware, or SaaS.
- Hands-on knowledge of CRM & marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Experience supporting social media campaigns or marketing-team collaboration.
