Richard Phillips Racing is recruiting for an experienced full-time Rider / Racing Groom to join our fun, friendly team.
We are looking for a confident rider with experience in racing, to join us to ride around four horses per day as well as doing all the usual stable duties to a high standard.

Located in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds, we have 30 horses in training, mainly jumpers but also a growing flat string.
We offer an excellent salary and provide a safe, professional working environment where development and progression are encouraged. This includes industry training courses, in-house coaching as well as support in obtaining jockeys licenses if applicable.
Onsite accommodation is available.
