Join a leading law firm as a Risk Administrator in its Risk Management team

This is a 6-month FTC opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented professional to support the Business Acceptance and Risk teams, providing administrative support across a range of risk management processes and helping to ensure the smooth running of key compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Business Acceptance and wider Risk teams.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and allocating queries to the appropriate team members.
  • Running conflict searches and reviewing results for relevance.
  • Processing amendments to existing clients and matters.
  • Creating, maintaining, and updating information barriers.
  • Managing the gifts and hospitality register and responding to related queries.
  • Assisting with team meetings, agenda preparation, and presentation materials.
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting data quality initiatives within internal systems.

The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to work.

  • Previous experience within a Law Firm.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
