Job Description
Summary of the Role
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Infrastructure Risk Register, ensuring risks are identified, assessed and managed in line with MOD policy.
- Coordinate regular risk reviews with infrastructure teams, ensuring risks remain current and supported by effective mitigation plans.
- Monitor risk actions, track progress and ensure accountability for timely closure.
- Produce risk reports and trend analysis to support governance meetings and senior decision-making.
- Escalate significant and emerging risks through the appropriate governance channels.
- Ensure alignment with the wider Integrated Risk Management (IRM) framework and reporting standards.
- Support the continuous improvement of risk management processes, tools and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with infrastructure, compliance and leadership teams to promote effective risk management and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Risk management knowledge
- Infrastructure experience
Desirable:
- Experience of working with the Ministry of Defence / HM Government
- Experience of working in highly regulated environments
QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Essential:
- HNC level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience
