Responsibilities
Start Your Career in Insurance Risk Management
Join the Risk Management team of a leading Lloyd's specialty insurer and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of risk management, working directly with the Risk Manager, Head of Risk Management and Chief Risk Officer.
You'll support key risk activities including risk reporting, risk assessments, risk appetite monitoring, incident management, ORSA and stress testing, while building a broad understanding of how a Lloyd's insurer operates.
What We're Looking For
This role is specifically aimed at graduates with an Insurance & Risk Management degree who want to build a long-term career in insurance risk management.

You'll be:
- Genuinely interested in insurance and risk management.
- Analytical, organised and detail-oriented.
- A confident communicator who can build relationships across the business.
- Curious, proactive and keen to learn.
- Interested in developing into a broad risk professional within the Lloyd's market.
Qualifications
Desirable
- Internship, placement or work experience within insurance.
- Knowledge of the Lloyd's or London Market.
- Exposure to Power BI, Python or similar analytical tools.
