The Secured Credit Risk team is responsible for managing the asset quality of the Society’s mortgage portfolios, including defining and maintaining lending policy, undertaking quality assurance, and ensuring robust governance across our lending operations.
The Policy & QA team plays a critical role in maintaining high standards of lending by ensuring policy is applied consistently, risks are identified early, and improvements are continuously fed back into our policy framework.
We now have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Risk Analyst Lead, supporting the delivery of high-quality QA insight and policy development activity across our retail lending portfolios (secured and unsecured).

For this job you'll be located at our nearest regional hub. There will be a need to regularly connect with colleagues for collaboration events in one of our office sites. This is anticipated to be once per month in Swindon. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works.
