Director, Risk Analytics Strategy & Execution - Commercial Risk

What The Day Will Look Like

We are seeking a highly capable Director, Risk Analytics Strategy & Execution, to support the execution, governance, and commercial rigor of our global analytics agenda. This role is the central connective function across regions, product teams and other corporate functions, and is responsible for ensuring delivery discipline, investment transparency, and consistent adoption of analytics priorities across the organization. This execution focused position will flex from the most mundane to the most exciting so it will be important that the colleague in this role is motivated by the vision, and able to execute on the tactical elements as required.

Maintain the operating rhythm and governance of Risk Analytics, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences (e.g., leadership updates, QBR preparation cycles). Maintain core program artefacts (e.g. roadmaps, utilization dashboards, decision logs) to ensure transparency and discipline Track progress, risks, and dependencies, and proactively surface issues or trade-offs early to protect delivery and momentum Act as the central coordination point and trusted business partner across product, analytics, technology, regional teams and corporate functions supporting global execution Support preparation of QBRs, leadership packs, and programme reporting, consolidating inputs into clear, executive-ready outputs Monitor agreed analytics success measures and delivery metrics, supporting visibility into program progress, performance and outcomes Drive consistency in ways of working, templates, and delivery standards across the analytics organization Identify execution bottlenecks and recommend pragmatic improvements to strengthen delivery effectiveness Provide day-to-day operational support to Analytics Leaders, enabling focus on strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement Support the annual planning and budgeting process for analytics initiatives in partnership with Finance, HR, VRO, and other corporate functions, including development of business cases, investment proposals and resource planning Support senior analytics leadership on selected strategic initiatives that impact analytics strategy and execution, including preparation of decision-ready analyses, high-quality storyline driven decks / materials.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

A number of years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics operations, business planning roles, preferably with broking or analytics background. Strong experience in structuring complex problems and translating ambiguity into clear plans and narratives Advanced PowerPoint skills, with experience producing executive-ready materials Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams across a global, matrixed organisation Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills, European language other than English a plus Strong interpersonal communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders at various levels of knowledge. Excellent project management, organizational and time-management skills, with a capability to work flexibly across different time zones. Motivated to contribute to shape the strategic direction of driving advanced analytical capabilities and execute in parallel, bringing a pronounced can-do attitude to every-day challenges.
