Risk & Compliance Solicitor
Location: East Midlands or Lincolnshire
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Full-time | Part-time considered

Working closely with the COLP and senior leadership team, this is a high-profile role where you'll help shape the firm's approach to risk, governance and client care.

The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in protecting and strengthening the firm by:
- Advising on professional negligence risks and claims
- Investigating and managing complex client complaints from initial enquiry through to resolution
- Assessing liability and exposure, working closely with insurers and external counsel where appropriate
- Providing pragmatic, commercial advice to senior stakeholders
- Supporting the firm's wider compliance, governance and risk management strategy
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client experience across the business
About You
This opportunity would suit someone who:
- Is a qualified solicitor with a strong background in professional negligence, commercial litigation or a broader litigation practice
- Enjoys analysing complex issues and providing practical, commercial advice
- Has excellent judgement and a meticulous eye for detail
- Is confident influencing and advising senior colleagues
- Is interested in moving into, or further developing, a specialist career in compliance, governance and risk
