We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Governance & Reporting Administrator to join our team, supporting innovation programmes and governance activities. This is a full-time role with a hybrid working pattern, based in Ansty (typically 1-2 days per week onsite).

As a Governance & Reporting Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting innovation projects focused on the future of energy, including decarbonisation and green gas initiatives. You’ll help ensure projects are properly tracked, governed, and compliant with funding and regulatory requirements.
This is a great entry role into innovation and governance, offering exposure to exciting projects and the opportunity to develop your skills in a forward-thinking area of the business.
What you’ll be doing

Support governance & innovation projects
- Provide administrative support to the Governance & Reporting team
- Ensure innovation projects are accurately logged, tracked, and maintained

Maintain data & support reporting
- Keep project data up to date across internal trackers and external portals
- Assist with regulatory submissions and reporting activities

Manage finance & project tracking
- Track project spend and support financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with financial processes (e.g. using Ariba systems)

- Coordinate activities & stakeholder engagement

What you’ll bring
You’ll be organised, proactive, and comfortable working with data and systems. You’ll enjoy supporting projects, maintaining accuracy, and working collaboratively across teams.
Experience
- Experience in an administrative or business support role
- Experience managing data, processes, and multiple priorities
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Confidence working with data and financial information
