Risk Manager
Risk Manager wanted by a major defence consultancy supporting a large UK infrastructure programme in Derby, which is critical to national security. You must be a sole UK national to apply, and ideally hold SC Clearance. However, we are also able to consider individuals who are eligible for SC Clearance, as long as you are a sole UK national.
About the Role
This Risk Manager role will see you take ownership of risk management across a complex infrastructure environment. You will be responsible for:
- Running quantitative risk and schedule analysis across key programme/project controls scope
- Supporting development of Earned Value Management frameworks
- Ensuring strong risk governance

As a Risk Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Risk to deliver:
- Structured risk analysis
- Mitigation planning
- Contingency development
- Ensuring risk is fully integrated with planning and cost functions
Requirements
- You must be a sole UK national, ideally holding SC Clearance
- Experience within infrastructure, defence, or complex capital programmes is essential
- Strong experience in risk management roles supporting large PMO/project controls
- Experience delivering QRSA/QRA/QSRA
- Strong understanding of schedule and cost risk
- Stakeholder management experience
- Exposure to EVMS (desirable)

Benefits
This role offers a salary of £60,000-£100,000 plus benefits, with 3 days per week onsite in Derby.
Sole UK Nationality and SC clearance (eligibility) is essential.
