We're currently partnering with an ambitious and rapidly growing investment firm seeking an experienced Risk & Product Control Analyst to join its trading team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing and analysing daily P&L across multiple trading strategies
- Monitoring portfolio risk, market exposures and stress testing
- Supporting risk reporting across FX, Fixed Income, Equities and Metals
- Reconciling trading positions and investigating discrepancies
- Managing key lifecycle events including contract rolls and expiries
- Designing and improving reporting processes, controls and automation
- Partnering with front office, operations and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely management information

You will need to have the following experience:
- Previous experience in Product Control, Market Risk or a similar trading support function
- Exposure to listed products (like Metals, FX, Fixed Income or Equities) within a hedge fund, investment bank, asset manager or trading environment
- A solid understanding of P&L reporting, risk analysis and position management
- Strong Excel skills, with Python or automation experience
- A proactive approach and the confidence to work closely with front-office teams
