About Us

We’re the world’s leading provider of secure financial messaging services, headquartered in Belgium. We are the way the world moves value – across borders, through cities and overseas. No other organisation can address the scale, precision, pace and trust that this demands, and we’re proud to support the global economy.

We’re unique too. We were established to find a better way for the global financial community to move value – a reliable, safe and secure approach that the community can trust, completely. We’re always striving to be better and are constantly evolving in an ever-changing landscape, without undermining that trust. Five decades on, our vibrant community reflects the complexity and diversity of the financial ecosystem. We innovate diligently, test exhaustively, then implement fast. In a connected and exciting era, our mission has never been more relevant. Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.

As Risk Reporting Lead, you will shape how risk is understood at the highest levels of the organisation.

You will turn complex data into clear, compelling insight that drives decisions across senior leadership, the Executive Committee and the Board.

This is a high‑visibility role where you will own the end‑to‑end risk reporting landscape, influence how risk is interpreted, and continuously raise the bar on the quality, impact and relevance of reporting aligned to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead the delivery of enterprise risk reporting cycles, ensuring outputs are not just accurate and timely, but insightful and decision‑ready.
  • Transform complex data into clear, powerful narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders and drive action.
  • Shape and evolve reporting frameworks, methodologies and templates to improve quality, efficiency and transparency.
  • Play a central role in senior governance, producing reporting and presentations for the Board, Executive Committee and key risk forums.
  • Challenge and validate data across the organisation, ensuring integrity while drawing out meaningful trends, themes and insights.
  • Connect internal risk data with external drivers to bring a forward‑looking, holistic view of risk.
  • Identify emerging risks and material issues, ensuring they are clearly articulated, escalated and understood at the right levels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, influencing how risk information is used to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, introducing new ways of working, tools and approaches to enhance reporting impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
