Rituals Activation Sales Advisor

At Rituals, we’re looking for a Rituals Activation Sales Advisor who can bring the buzz, spark conversations and turn passing shoppers into enthusiastic customers.
This is not your average retail role. You’ll be out front bringing the Rituals brand to life — engaging with shoppers, giving away samples, creating memorable moments and inviting customers into store for a unique and meaningful experience. If you’re confident, outgoing and love talking to people, this could be the perfect role for you.
Job Description
What you'll do;
- Engage with passing shoppers and encourage them to enter the store
- Bring the Rituals brand to life through product sampling, demonstrations and unique experiences
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maximise sales opportunities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving KPI’s and sales targets
- Create meaningful customer moments through our products and Rituals philosophy
- Maintain excellent store standards, visual merchandising and stock organisation
- Support stock management, deliveries and loss prevention procedures
- Continue developing your product knowledge through training and e-Learning

Qualifications
What we're looking for;
- A confident, outgoing and enthusiastic communicator
- The perfect candidate will ideally come from a background such as acting, promotional staffing, brand ambassador work, marketing activation or event hosting
- Someone who is comfortable approaching and speaking with a wide range of people
- A team player with a strong customer-first mindset
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Passion for retail, customer experience and brand storytelling
- Experience in a fast-paced retail sales environment
- Experience in promotional activity, sampling or brand activation is a plus
