Registered Nurse (RN) – Part Time

Arlington Gardens Care Center

Riverside, CA

Pay Range: $44.00–$50.00 per hour, DOE

Join Our Team

Arlington Gardens Care Center is seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering exceptional resident care, promoting positive clinical outcomes, and working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who values teamwork, professionalism, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to physicians, residents, and family members.
  • Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations.
  • Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident healthcare needs.

Qualifications

  • Current and active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
