Day shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location

Family Medicine – Dartmouth, MA

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Director or designee and in collaborative partnership with practice leadership of assigned practice(s):

  • Perform diversified duties to design, implement, and improve the clinical practice and workflows within the service line or care center consistent with the strategic vision of the organization.
  • Coordinate clinical operations and activities involving clinical support personnel (e.g., nurses, medical assistants).
  • Provide guidance and support to clinical support personnel.
  • Implement clinical workflows, lead performance improvement projects, and follow-up on quality and patient safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with Professional Development team to onboard, educate, assess competency of, and monitor clinical staff performance.
  • Ensure clinical operations and practice environment of care promote safe and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years nursing or relevant clinical experience required.
  • Three years of medical office experience required.
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field highly desirable.
  • Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of MA and/or RI is required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred. Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and be able manage multiple priorities.
  • Requires computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience.
  • Current BLS certification is required.
  • Certification in Ambulatory Nursing or applicable specialty desirable.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Compensation

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Pay Range

USD $44.92 - USD $82.48 /Hr.
