About the Role

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule: Full-time shifts available on all shifts (including every other weekend) Starting Pay: $40–$48/hour, with shift differentials pushing up to $53/hour

As an RN, you’ll take ownership in delivering exceptional, compassionate care to our residents. Your expertise will drive patient health, comfort, and well-being through assessments, care planning, medication management, and teamwork with healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, therapies, and IV treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor and document vital signs and medical data
  • Provide wound care and other interventions when necessary
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care delivery
  • Lead and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs)

What You’ll Bring

Must-haves:

  • Active RN license in your state
  • A compassionate, empathetic approach to patient care
  • Special interest in geriatric or chronic illness care (experience working with elderly or chronically ill patients helpful)
  • Strong clinical skills & critical thinking to handle complex situations
  • Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
  • Experience (or willingness) to lead and mentor nursing staff
