In this role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be pivotal in:
- Coordinating total nursing care for our residents
- Participating in education, both for residents and their families
- Supporting the care team while ensuring round-the-clock coverage
- Providing personalised attention in our comfortable, home-like environment

Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, plan, and evaluate resident care plans
- Perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and monitor health status
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
- Provide patient and family education on health management and lifestyle improvements
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania (PA) RN License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the nursing profession
Preferred Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years of nursing experience (any setting)
- Hands-on experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility
- Familiarity with medical/recording systems and patient management software
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
