In this role as a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be pivotal in:

  • Coordinating total nursing care for our residents

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, plan, and evaluate resident care plans
  • Perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and monitor health status
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide patient and family education on health management and lifestyle improvements

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania (PA) RN License
  • Current CPR/BLS Certification
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the nursing profession

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • 1–2 years of nursing experience (any setting)
  • Hands-on experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Familiarity with medical/recording systems and patient management software
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
