Are you passionate about orchestrating complex supply chains and ensuring the seamless delivery of critical materials?

As a Control Tower Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end transport flows, overseeing operations across Europe into production environments. In a fast-paced, service-driven environment, you will ensure precision, visibility and operational excellence for our key strategic customers.

How you create impact

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day Control Tower operations, ensuring shipments are delivered on time, in full and within budget.
  • Provide end-to-end visibility and coordination across European collections, hub operations and final-mile deliveries.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service levels.
  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs and data analysis, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective planning and execution within time-critical, just-in-time logistics environments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Optimise transport and supply chain processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Drive operational excellence within a complex, customer-focused logistics environment.

What we would like you to bring

  • Proven experience in supply chain, transport operations or Control Tower environments, ideally within the automotive logistics sector.
  • Strong understanding of UK and European transport operations, cross-border logistics and customs processes.
  • Demonstrable experience managing time-critical, high-performance logistics operations.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS) and operational performance reporting tools.
  • Fluent English; additional language skills would be advantageous.
