As a Customer Service Specialist
You will play a key role in supporting our customers and sales teams by ensuring smooth logistics operations and providing excellent service throughout the shipment process.
How you create impact
- Provide operational support to Freight Account Managers and the wider sales team.
- Organize shipments and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor pre-bookings and proactively engage with customers to ensure efficient planning.
- Serve as the first point of contact for general customer enquiries.
- Provide proactive updates to customers and address shipment issues when they arise.
- Manage exceptions by identifying and resolving issues quickly, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare quotes and identify opportunities to support account growth.
- Process sales and purchase invoices accurately and support overall branch operations.

What we would like you to bring
- Secondary school education or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining accountability for individual responsibilities.
- A proactive mindset and problem-solving approach.
