We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist / Sales Coordinator to join our Road Logistics team in Bristol.
This is a pivotal role within the branch, supporting customers, Account Managers, operations, finance, and administration teams. Logistics experience isn't essential - we can teach that. What matters most is your ability to communicate, stay organised, and build strong relationships. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop towards a future Freight Account Manager position.
How you create impact
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Support a portfolio of Freight Account Managers with customer accounts and queries.
- Coordinate with customers, sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Process bookings, shipment information, and related documentation.
- Handle invoice administration and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve customer issues proactively and professionally.
- Support business growth through exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What we would like you to bring
- Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A positive, proactive, and curious mindset.
- Confidence working with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Desire to learn and develop your career.
- Logistics experience is beneficial but not required.
