Roadmap Coordinator
1X2 Network, the multi-award winning iGaming supplier, is looking for a Roadmap Coordinator. This is an opportunity to join a highly creative, rapidly expanding independent software company.

The Role
As Roadmap Coordinator you will support the Roadmap Manager in driving our games development process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help coordinate resources, timelines and delivery activities, ensuring projects progress smoothly from inception through to deployment.
You will play a key role in maintaining organisation across multiple workstreams, supporting communication efforts and helping to ensure delivery remains on track.
Your approach will combine strong coordination and organisational skills with an understanding of agile and project management practices, helping to maintain efficiency and quality across the roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the successful delivery of the games roadmap
- Assisting in documenting and understanding existing workflows and processes across development teams
- Working closely with the Roadmap Manager, tech leads, developers, artists, mathematicians and project managers to track progress and flag issues, blockers, risks and timeline impacts
- Helping to plan and maintain game delivery schedules and roadmap updates
- Supporting regular communication to stakeholders on the status of workstreams
- Assisting in monitoring scope to ensure alignment with agreed plans
- Helping to track resource allocation across current and upcoming work
- Coordinating planning meetings, handovers between teams and retrospectives
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across processes and delivery practices
- Liaising with third-party partners where required to support delivery
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Project coordination or administrative experience within a delivery or development environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of web technologies or software delivery environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Desirable
- Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience using tools such as Monday.com or Jira
- Interest in or experience using AI tools and LLM models
- Experience in the iGaming sector
