1X2 Network, the industry acclaimed Slot Supplier of the Year (EGR awards 2021), is looking for a Roadmap Manager, reporting directly to the Product Director. This is an opportunity to join a creative, fast-growing, independent software company.
About 1X2 Network
1X2 has pioneered Virtual Gaming products since 2002 and are now at the forefront of game development with over 150 titles, including Virtual Sports, Table Games, Slots, Instant Win and shortly Multiplayer games in the iGaming industry. The company boasts a wide range of household name clients (over 250 to be precise) including Bet365, BetVictor and Entain (Ladbrokes, Coral, Bwin etc).
Several brands construct the 1X2 Network, each business targeting specific market niches. Our two main brands include Iron Dog Studio, and 1X2gaming, with a wealth of additional partners available on the Network.

The company boasts two UK locations – the 1X2 HQ is located in Brighton on the south coast of the UK and Brentwood in Essex. These are alongside offices in Malta and Hyderabad, plus several remote employees across the globe.

The Position
As Roadmap Manager you will be the centre point driving our games development process. You will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams, plan resources, budgets, timelines and guide game delivery projects from inception to deployment.
Your approach will blend traditional project management with agile methodologies, ensuring efficiency and quality. You'll foster stakeholder relationships, manage multiple projects and improve processes while vigilantly assessing risks.
Responsibilities
- Delivering games roadmap successfully
- Understanding the existing work streams/processes of the various development teams
- Working closely with the tech leads, developers, artists, mathematicians, project managers, customers and senior stakeholders to communicate any issues, blockers, risks and impacts on timelines
- Planning and organising new game delivery schedules
- Ensuring stakeholders at all levels receive regular communication about the status of owned workstreams
- Protecting and managing the scope defined and agreed
- Assessing resource requirements to fit in with existing and future workloads
- Facilitating planning meetings, handovers between teams and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement
- Work with third parties to support the delivery of our games

Required Experience
- Project Management or Co-ordination experience
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in managing delivery of web technologies and software platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Comfortable in a highly competitive, collaborative and fast-paced work environment working on multiple tasks concurrently
Bonus
- Project management certification
- Experience of working with the Monday.com work management platform and Jira for issue tracking
- Experience using on interest in utilising AI tools and LLM models.
