- Guaranteed year 1 earnings of £32,347 (inclusive of location allowance) with potential OTE up to £44,000 based on top performers

As a Roadside Assist Mechanic, you’ll go above and beyond for AA members. Whether it’s a sudden breakdown or a minor query, you’ll be the friendly face our members rely on for safe and swift recovery. You're their superhero—always ready, anywhere and in any weather. Your expertise and approachable attitude will restore peace of mind and keep drivers on the move.
Responsibilities
- Start and finish on your driveway: Paid from the moment you step into your van until you return home.
- Independent yet supported: Operate across diverse locations and conditions while remaining an integral part of a supportive team.
- Customer confidence & technical delivery: Use countrywide technical knowledge and clear communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Problem-solving excellence: Apply technical expertise and a calm demeanour to address a broad spectrum of roadside issues efficiently.

Requirements
- NVQ2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
- Full category B driving licence with 6 points or fewer.
- Adaptability: Willingness to embrace new technology and tools.
- Flexibility: Committed to working shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, as breakdowns happen independently of schedules.
