- Guaranteed year 1 earnings of £32,230 inclusive of allowances, with on-target earnings (OTE) up to £43,500 based on top performers

Shift flexibility: Roads don’t sleep, so your role will include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when breakdowns occur.
About the Role
As our Roadside Assist Mechanic, you’ll be the friendly face of the UK’s largest motoring organisation. You’re the superhero to our members, always ready for anything to get them back on the road safely.
You’ll:
- Start and finish your shifts on your driveway, paid from pickup to home arrival
- Work independently across varied locations and conditions while staying part of a supportive team
- Use your technical expertise and clear communication to ensure a positive customer experience
- Solve problems on the spot, combining your technical skill and reassuring approach to handle diverse roadside emergencies

What We Need
Essential:
- NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent experience
- Full category B driving licence with 6 points or fewer
- Confidence with new technology—we provide the tools, you bring the curiosity
Flexibility: Must work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays (as out-of-hours assistance is critical).
