As Roadside Rescue Mechanic patrol, you’ll enjoy:
- Guaranteed year 1 earnings of £43,976 (inclusive of allowances), with OTE up to £60,000 for top performers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Work from your driveway—paid from the moment you start in your van until you walk through your own door.
- Operate independently in varied locations and conditions with minimal supervision.
- Apply technical expertise and clear communication to deliver top-notch customer experiences.
- Solve problems on the spot, handling diverse roadside situations with resilience and awareness.

Requirements
To excel in this dynamic role, you’ll need:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience).
- A full, clean (6 points or fewer) category B driving licence.
- Curiosity and adaptability—our focus is forward-thinking technology, but we’ll equip you.
- Flexibility—shifts include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays, as breakdowns don’t respect 9-to-5 schedules.
