Roadside Rescue Mechanic – Flexible Shifts
About The Role

What You’ll Do
As our Roadside Rescue Mechanic, you’ll be more than just a technician—you’ll be the motoring hero for our members. Your mission:
- 24/7 availability: Start and finish at home, paid from driveway to driveway.
- Tactical problem-solving: From a loose ash tray to fatigue failures—you’ll be ready for anything.
- Customer-first focus: Use your technical skills and communication to reassure drivers in difficult situations.

Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with proven experience.
- Full category B driving licence (6 points or fewer on license).
- Calm under pressure: Confidence in handling diverse roadside situations efficiently.

- Able to manage unpredictable schedules (evenings, weekends, bank holidays).
- Willingness to embrace new technology.
- Commitment to customer service excellence.
