Our commitment to you
- Guaranteed year 1 earnings of £43,976, inclusive of allowances, with an On Target Earnings (OTE) of up to £60,000 for top performers
- Shifts: As a patrol, you’ll work an average of 40-hour week, with flexible shift pattern options tailored to your personal and professional needs. Rest days and shift lengths will vary based on your selection.
As our Roadside Rescue Mechanic, you’ll go above and beyond for our members—restoring their confidence and getting them back on the road anytime, anywhere, in any weather.
What you’ll be doing
- Paid from the moment you board your van until you return home—starting and finishing on your driveway.
- Work independently across diverse locations and conditions while remaining part of a supportive team.
- Apply your technical knowledge and clear communication to deliver a positive customer experience.
- Solve problems on the spot with technical skills and a calm, adaptable approach.

What you’ll need
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
- Full category B driving licence with six points or fewer.
- Confidence in using and adapting to new technology (we’ll provide the tools, you’ll bring the curiosity).
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays (breakdowns don’t observe schedules).
