Our Commitment to You
- Specified annual earnings: Guaranteed £42,275 (inclusive of location allowances), with an OTE of up to £60,000 for top performers.

The Role
As our Roadside Rescue Mechanic, you’ll be the hero members turn to when trouble hits the road. Your role? To be ready, reliable, and resilient—regardless of weather, location, or demand.
You’ll:
- Resolve breakdowns swiftly, ensuring drivers get moving again—attention to detail matches your calm, professional demeanour.
- Collaborate and lead—independent problem-solving with support from a skilled, friendly team.
- Prioritise the customer experience—think technical know-how and empathy, ensuring confidence in your service.
- Tool up with curiosity—new technology is provided; we want you to embrace it and stay ahead.

Essential Requirements
Meet the A‐level of standards:
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair—proven experience required if qualifications are lacking.
- Full Category B UK licence. License conditions: 6 points or fewer accepted.
- Tech-at-heart: Comfort adapting to new equipment—your curiosity powers it.
- Schedule flexibility: Night shifts, weekends, and Bank Holidays are all part of the code—breakdowns don’t defer!*
