Roadside Rescue Mechanic

Guaranteed year 1 earnings of £42,275 inclusive of location allowances, with OTE up to £60,000 based on top performers.

Shifts

As a Patrol, you'll work an average of 40-hour week with a variety of shift options available. Choose a schedule that best suits your personal and professional needs. Rest days and shift length vary based on the pattern selected.


What will you be doing?

  • Start and finish your workday from your driveway, paid from the moment you step into your van to when you return home.

  • Operate independently across diverse locations and conditions while remaining part of a tightly-knit, supportive team.

  • Apply your technical expertise and clear communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues on the go, leveraging:

    • Your technical skills
    • A calm, adaptable approach To resolve a wide array of roadside scenarios.

What will you need to qualify?

  • NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with significant relevant experience.
  • Full Category B driving licence with 6 points or fewer.
  • Confidence in handling and adapting to new technology—we’ll provide the tools; you bring the curiosity.
  • Flexibility to work dynamic shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays (as breakdowns don’t follow a nine-to-five schedule).
