Are you a highly skilled neonatal nurse looking to lead, innovate, and transform care for babies with complex medical needs?

The Northwest Neonatal ODN, in partnership with Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity, is seeking a Band 8a Neonatal Nurse Specialist to deliver a truly ground-breaking service. From antenatal diagnosis to childhood, you will shape care pathways, support families, and champion excellence, bridging neonatal and children's services across the region. This is more than a nursing role--it's an opportunity to redefine neonatal care for medically complex children.


The Opportunity

The Northwest Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (ODN), in partnership with Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity, is seeking an exceptional Band 8a Neonatal Nurse Specialist to lead and develop care for neonates with complex medical needs (CMC) across the region.

The Role

As the Roald Dahl Neonatal CMC Nurse Specialist, you will provide expert clinical leadership and specialist nursing care for neonates with complex, life-limiting, or long-term conditions across the Northwest Neonatal ODN.
