Quality Inspector

Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend quality expectations for the product and supplies
- Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards and record supplier performance
- Select and check output samples using appropriate methods, including:
- Measuring dimensions
- Testing functionality
- Comparing to specifications
- Use automated systems to perform complex testing procedures
- Maintain records of testing, information, and metrics such as:
- Number of defective products per day
- Inspect procedures across entire production cycles to ensure:
- Efficiency
- Compliance with safety standards
- Monitor equipment use to ensure:
- Safety
- Proper maintenance
- Discard non-compliant equipment
