The Role

We are looking for a full-time Roboshop Coordinator to support the growth and daily operations of our Roboshop vending machine network across London and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the smooth operation of Roboshop locations, supporting stock management, operational performance, maintenance coordination, new Roboshop launches, and communication between internal teams and external partners.

This role requires a proactive and organised individual who can manage multiple priorities, work independently, and support the continued expansion and operational efficiency of the Roboshop network.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Roboshop vending machine network.
  • Monitor Roboshop performance and support the resolution of operational issues to minimise downtime.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment activities to ensure machines maintain appropriate stock levels and product availability.
  • Visit Roboshop locations to complete operational checks, support stock management, and assist with basic troubleshooting where required.
  • Liaise with internal teams, including warehouse, retail, finance, and operations teams, to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Work with external partners and stakeholders to support new Roboshop launches and ongoing operational requirements.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of new Roboshop installations.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, stock reports, and documentation.
  • Support invoice preparation, administrative processes, and coordination with the finance team.
  • Monitor operational data and provide regular updates on Roboshop performance and business activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience across the Roboshop network.
  • Provide operational support outside normal working hours when required, including occasional weekend responses.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in operations, coordination, retail, technical support, or field-based roles.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and working independently.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable travelling between Roboshop locations as required.
  • Ability to carry out basic troubleshooting and operational checks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Must be able to lift up to 20kg in weight.
  • Fluent in English. Mandarin language skills are advantageous but not essential.

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Roboshop locations.
  • Experience in stock management, inventory control, or retail operations.
  • Experience working with vending machines, automated equipment, or retail technology.
  • Experience coordinating projects, operational rollouts, or new store/site openings.
