Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact
We are seeking a talented Robotics and Software Design Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and deliver AI-driven solutions for autonomous robotic systems. This role combines expertise in AI algorithms and PX4 flight stack customization to enable next-generation unmanned aerial systems. You will work in a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, collaborate with leading organizations and research institutions locally and internationally, and gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge robotics and AI technologies.
Be Part of Our Success
1. AI Development & Integration
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI models related to autonomous navigation including obstacle avoidance and path planning.
- Optimize machine learning algorithms for embedded systems and companion computers (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson).
- Integrate AI modules with PX4 using MAVLink and ROS2 bridges.
2. PX4 Firmware & Flight Control
- Customize and optimize PX4 flight stack for mission-specific requirements.
- Implement new flight control algorithms and enhance real-time performance.
- Experiment with and evaluate emerging technologies for autonomy.
3. Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with hardware, software, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Co-develop technologies with leading organizations and research institutions globally.

4. Testing & Validation
- Conduct SITL/HIL simulations and real-world flight tests.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements for drone operations in Singapore.
Qualities We Value
- Experience in drone development, robotics, or autonomous systems is a bonus.
- In-depth knowledge of PX4 and Ardupilot flight control software.
- Proficiency with QGroundControl and Mission Planner.
- Strong understanding of unmanned aircraft systems and components.
- Familiarity with Singapore drone regulations and safety requirements.
- Programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
