Role Description

We are looking for a technically minded graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with innovative technology and solving practical problems. They may have graduated in Computer Science, IT, Robotics, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics or a similar field. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organised and confident dealing with both technology and people. They should be comfortable travelling to customer sites, setting up equipment, troubleshooting issues and building strong relationships with manufacturers and care home operators. While coding experience is beneficial, the role is primarily focused on implementation, support, integration and operational delivery rather than software development.
