Brand Manager for Rolex Certified Pre-Owned
As a Brand Manager for our Rolex Certified Pre-Owned department, you will put customers at the heart of everything you do, building long-lasting client relationships and demonstrating exceptional product and Harrods knowledge.
About the Role
Within this role, you will be the representative of one of the world's most prestigious watch brands for our clients. You will be responsible for delivering a holistic luxury shopping experience that reflects precision, heritage, and exclusivity synonymous with Rolex, ensuring each interaction is as exceptional as it is memorable.
You will play a crucial role in driving and inspiring the team, ensuring they embody the highest levels of product expertise and service excellence. You will understand the importance of cultivating long-lasting relationships with your team, as well as clients, Rolex, and with key internal stakeholders across Harrods.
As an industry expert, you will apply your commercial awareness to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, communicating these effectively to your Business Manager and Retail Manager.
You will also:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the wider luxury watch industry and the dynamics of Harrods.
- Deliver reporting and updates, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with wider business objectives.
- Handle complex, high-value transactions.
- Raise the profile of Rolex through building strong networks.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You
With proven experience of providing exceptional customer service, you will demonstrate a deep passion for the Rolex brand and a strong affinity for the Harrods vision. You will display high levels of self-motivation and intellectual curiosity, proactively expanding product expertise and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the watch industry. You will think creatively and strategically, consistently finding ways to elevate the client experience and deliver moments of exceptional service that reflect Rolex's standards of excellence.
You will also:
- Foster a collaborative team culture, working seamlessly with colleagues and inspiring others to perform as a unified, high-performing unit.
- Demonstrate exceptional organisational ability, ensuring the shopfloor, client appointments, and team operations run with precision.
- Communicate with clarity and professionalism, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication with clients, colleagues, and brand partners.
- Apply analytical thinking to drive commercial performance, using data, insights, and trends to inform decisions and maximise the brand's potential.
