Roofer
Roofer Location: Stoke on Trent (Shared Van) – On-site coverage of Burton, Lichfield & Nottingham
As a Roofer with Novus Property Solutions, you’ll join a supportive, collaborative team delivering high-quality roofing repairs and installations across social housing properties, typically working mondays to fridays (39 hours/week).

Key Responsibilities & Experience
Technical Skills & Work
- Traditional pitched roof repairs – removal of plain tiles and professional replacements (including varied tile types)
- Felt and battening installation/repair
- Lead work on chimneys, v Sfitefrand stepping details, and valleys
- Roof gauging (auto, good removal, and fitting)
- Slate roofing experience (desirable)
- Installation of breathable systems compliant with current UK British Standards and correct fixing methods
- Upkeep of job management systems (handheld devices)
- Adherence to company health and safety protocols and business procedures

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence – central to travel between job sites
- DBS disclosure completed prior to hire
