Main Purpose Of Job
To support the Roofing team in the construction, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The role plays a key part in maintaining organised, compliant work sites and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Responsible To
Operations manager.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in the construction, repair, and maintenance of roofing structures
- Support roofing operatives with day-to-day site tasks
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Carry out heavy lifting and manual handling duties as required
- Follow schematics, instructions, and project plans accurately
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Clear debris and ensure adherence to health & safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines

- Experience using power tools and hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Physically fit with ability to perform manual labour tasks
