About the Role
£12.99 per hour | 30 hours per week Permanent Position – Room Attendant Location: Malmaison Brighton
As part of the Housekeeping team, you will ensure all guest bedrooms are cleaned to the highest standards daily. An eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences are essential.
Our suites are wined and sized beautifully! Synonymous with style, Malmaison offers luxury boutique stays in 15 landmark UK locations. Customers are drawn by our distinctive Mediterranean-inspired style, bay windows, acrylic sunshine terrace rooms, and cuisine with a Mediterranean twist across our hotel restaurants and Chez Mal Basserries.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily deep-cleaning and preparation of guest bedrooms to the highest of standards
- Interactive role with guests; clear, conversational English required
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently for extended periods
- Must demonstrate physical fitness, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
Flexibility & Opportunities
- Primarily 3-day weekday shifts between 9am–3pm (flexible start times possible)
- Early shift discussions and part-time options at interview
- No prior experience needed if motivated and committed to excellence
Training & Development
- Full training on cleaning chemicals and equipment included
