About the Location

Room Attendant
About the Role
Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help deliver the consistently high standards our guests expect from one of the world’s leading luxury brands.
At Four Seasons, every detail matters. Behind every exceptional guest stay is a dedicated housekeeping team who take pride in their craft and genuinely care about creating a warm, welcoming environment.
The Role
As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in shaping your guests’ experience. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of guest rooms, ensuring each space reflects the elegance, care, and attention to detail that define Four Seasons.
Working as part of a supportive and professional team, you’ll contribute to an environment where guests feel at home, relaxed, and genuinely well cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms to the highest Four Seasons standards, including:
- Beds
- Bathrooms
- Floors
- Amenities
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at all times
- Report maintenance concerns or lost property accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised trolley and housekeeping areas
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other hotel departments
- Uphold Four Seasons values, professionalism, and service excellence consistently
About You
- Previous housekeeping experience is welcomed, but not essential (full training provided)
- Pride in attention to detail and personal standards
- A positive, reliable, and service-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work a rota, including weekends and public holidays
- Eligibility to work in the UK
