About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience a luxurious stay every time. Your task will involve maintaining high standards in cleaning all guest bedrooms across the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to perfection, ensuring they meet and exceed our guests' expectations
- Conduct daily checks to guarantee areas are perfectly redecorated and ready for arrival
- Work with identifiable attention to detail and maintain a high level of fitness (this role is physically demanding)
- Use provided chemical equipment keyboarded skills
- Regular interaction with guests, ensuring exceptional service as part of their stay
Personal Qualities
- Conversational English skills
- The ability to think independently and stay focused when working alone
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
- A preference for adaptability and flexibility in working arrangements
- A positive attitude and a clear desire to contribute meaningfully to the hotel team
Training & Development
- Full training provided for handling chemicals and equipment
- Unique opportunity to join our apprenticeship scheme after completing the probationary period

Work Schedule
- Working 5 days out of 7 with flexible shifts (typically 9 AM – 3 PM). Shift start times within the 9 AM–10 AM range are standard, though alternate schedules (including weekend shifts) can be negotiated.
- Additional flexibility on earlier start times will be considered at interview.
