About The Role
As a Room Attendant, you will ensure that the standards of the rooms are delivered back to the Housekeeping department to an exceptional standard of cleanliness and set up in line with Brand Standards to meet the Guest experience requirements. Ensure that all periodic cleaning takes place on time and in line with Brand Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean the rooms in line with the required Brand standards and ensure that trolleys (if applicable) are kept neat and tidy at all times.
- Replace towels, soap, toilet rolls, stationery, and other items as specified in the Brand Standard document within each guest’s room (for Departure and Stay-over rooms).
- Remove all rubbish from Departure rooms and only place rubbish in the bathroom and bedroom bins in Stay-over rooms, ensuring it is correctly separated as directed.
- Report all maintenance faults promptly.
- Ensure proper training and awareness of the use and control of all cleaning materials and equipment.

Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping role is desirable.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
