Room Attendant
Occasional Worker Agreement (Casual) – Housekeeping Team Member
📍 Location: Crowne Plaza Harrogate

About the Role

As a Casual Occasional Worker, you’ll be responsible for:
- Maintaining spotless, fully presented rooms to the highest standards
- Delivering exceptional customer service—our guests will remember how their stay begins (and ends!) here
- Ensuring timely, efficient cleanliness in line with busy schedules
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where cleanliness, precision, and flexibility keep the hotel running smoothly—7 days a week, 365 days a year!
Key Responsibilities
- Room cleaning and presentation:
- Deep cleaning, bedmaking, laundry handling, and restocking amenities
- Ensuring turndowns, housekeeping status updates, and room checks align with brand standards
- Customer interaction:
- Engaging positively with guests at key moments (e.g., pre-departure checks, service recoveries)
- Addressing requests and queries with professionalism and a customer-first approach
- Workload efficiency:
- Meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality—multitasking in a dynamic environment
- Identifying recurrence patterns (i.e. repeat tasks) and flagging areas for improvement
- Safety and compliance:
- Following brand-specific, [Regional] Health & Safety, and environmental policies deep closely*

What You Will Bring
