Job Overview
HotelCare maintains excellence in cleanliness across UK hotels. As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure impeccable guest room standards, catering to high-tempo housekeeping demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Room readiness: Clean bed linens, towels, vacuum, dust, and sanitise surfaces to hospitality quality standards.
- Restocking: Ensure all toiletry, supplies, and stock levels are maintained.
- Guest care: Promptly resolve maintenance issues, report damages, and prioritise guest satisfaction.
- Safety & security: Maintain guest confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.

Person Specification
Experience
Preferred:
- Background in hospitality housekeeping or similar roles
Skills & Qualities
- Physical endurance (lifting, standing for extended periods)
- Teamwork + self-motivation
- Time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking
- Customer service excellence (professional, adaptable, respectful)
- Compliance awareness (safety, security, and adherence to protocols)
- Integrity & confidentiality
Flexibility
Hotel needs may require:
- Varied work hours (in addition to base schedule)
- Adapting to unplanned demands to meet client or operational needs.
