Room Attendant

HotelCare - Room Attendant Responsible To: Line Manager

Hours & Availability:

  • 0–40 hours per week
  • Available for some weekend shifts

Job Overview

HotelCare maintains excellence in cleanliness across UK hotels. As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure impeccable guest room standards, catering to high-tempo housekeeping demands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Room readiness: Clean bed linens, towels, vacuum, dust, and sanitise surfaces to hospitality quality standards.
  • Restocking: Ensure all toiletry, supplies, and stock levels are maintained.
  • Guest care: Promptly resolve maintenance issues, report damages, and prioritise guest satisfaction.
  • Safety & security: Maintain guest confidentiality and adhere to security protocols.

Person Specification

Experience

Preferred:

  • Background in hospitality housekeeping or similar roles

  • Physical endurance (lifting, standing for extended periods)
