Job Title & Pay
- Position: Room Attendant
- Work Location: Winchester
- Rate of Pay: £13.07 per hour (£15 per hour for qualified staff)
- Under 18s: £10.85 per hour
- Hours: 15 hours per week

- Fixed Term/Seasonal Contract (May 2026 – September 2026)
About the Role
Working alongside the Housekeeping Team at Hotel du Vin, you’ll ensure all guest bedrooms are meticulously cleaned daily to meet high standards. Your attention to detail will shape a perfect guest experience—critical for a luxurious stay.
Hotel du Vin is a boutique hospitality brand known for exclusive relaxation, sumptuous cuisine, and innovative wine-focused dining across 18 locations in the UK.
As a Room Attendant, you’ll be a key part of the team, balancing guest interactions, independent work, and maintaining flawless bedroom standards. Shifts are typically 9am–3pm (5 days/week), though flexibility on start times (9am–10am) can be arranged. Early shifts or weekend-only work are also negotiable.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily room cleaning to hygienic, high-standard levels
- Maintaining cleanliness and visibility of public areas
- Minimal guest interaction (conversations for check-ins/check-outs only)
- Operating cleaning equipment with appropriate training
- Working safely, efficiently, and independently under tight deadlines

Job Requirements
- No formal experience needed, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential
- Reasonable fitness to manage physical demands of the role
- Flexibility in work hours for shift-based demands
- Basic written and verbal English skills (for guest communication)
