Room Attendant – London at Sea Containers London

About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, ensuring every stay is spotless, comfortable, and warm. Your dedication to maintaining our beautifully designed rooms at the highest standards—and embodying the vibrant spirit of Sea Containers London—will leave a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the hotel’s brand standards
- Replace linen, towels, and guest amenities as required
- Maintain cleanliness of corridors, pantries, and housekeeping areas
- Report promptly any maintenance issues, damaged items, or lost property
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures rigorously
- Re-stock cleaning supplies and ensure equipment remains in top condition
- Work efficiently to meet daily room turnover targets
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests when engaged
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
- Ensure rooms are fully prepared for guest check-in times

- Salary: £14.54 p/h + service charge
