Room Attendant
**Room Attendant | Housekeeping |
£14.29ph | 30 hrs/week | Permanent Join Malmaison London – 30-hour permanent contract
Role Overview As a Room Attendant in our Housekeeping team, you’ll ensure all guest bedrooms across our renowned Malmaison London and wider network meet our perfectly pitched luxury standards. Pride in detail and a customer-first approach will let you craft guests’ stays—from check-in to checkout—with seamless service.
About the Role
Malmaison is synonymous with exquisite British hospitality, introducing guests to our boutique luxury in landmark locations across the UK with refined rooms, stress-free ambience and landmark dining in our Chez Mal Brasseries.
In this vital role, you’ll:
- Clean and prepare all guest bedrooms daily to our exacting mainland standards—preparing every room for the guest’s arrival.
- Interact with guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations (qualified conversational English required).
- Operate independently for periods between shifts, delivering consistency with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
You’ll predominantly work set shifts in a fast-paced team environment, typically 9am – 3pm, five days a week. Start times are flexible within a 9am–10am window, and later shifts—including weekends—can be spoken to during interview if preferred.
Key considerations:
- Active role: Physical fitness and mobility are essential, as this is hands-on, standards-driven work.
- Chemicals & equipment: Full training provided—no prior experience in cleaning is needed.
