Our Hotel
The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh’s most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline and since the day we opened in 1902, it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.
Your Key Responsibilities
Rocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of the location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.
As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
- Clean and service the allocated Guest Bedrooms and Public areas to the required Balmoral Standard
- Be responsible for the immaculate preparation of our beautiful bedrooms
- Join the dedicated housekeeping department to ensure our guests experience the high level of comfort and the quality they expect from the Rocco Forte name
- Ensure that they feel pampered from the moment they step into their room
- Take pride in their work both when working independently and as a valuable member of the housekeeping team

This role is part-time - 24 Hours per Week

The expected salary package of our 24 hrs Room Attendant is £16,224 gross per annum (salary plus discretionary service charge)
