Role: Room Attendant

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, you’ll do exactly that—a daily ritual of turning spaces into welcoming experiences and strangers into guests with smiling faces.
Responsibilities
Your typical day as a Room Attendant means more than just clean rooms—it’s about stories:
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness: Professionally tidy assigned guest rooms, including:
- Changing bed linens
- Dusting all surfaces
- Spotless bathroom cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Performance of deep cleaning as scheduled
- Refresh guest services: Stock essentials (towels, amenities) and replace or restock as needed
- Manage supplies efficiently: Load, transport, and maintain housekeeping supply carts daily
- Create memorable moments: Anticipate and address guest requests with warmth and urgency
- Sustain cleanliness standards: Handle trash, recycling, and trash removal respecting procedures
